Raziqh pulak selalunya 2kali ja tidur siang, pagi sekali petang sekali. Musim panas ni kalau letak tidur atas tilam dalam sejam saja tidur dia dah bangun, mungkin tak selesa sebab mudah berpeluh kot, so siang2 dia memang akan tidur dalam buaian, barulah boleh straight tidur 3jam. Malam2 pun selagi tak masukkan dalam bilik tidur, memang buh ja dia dalam buaian. Lega jugak ada buaian ni, sebab dulu2 ingat masa Rafiqh pun susah jugak dia nak tidur lama waktu siang time summer ni...
Bila dok sebut2 yang summer sini panas, ramai pulak yang dok tanya, ish panas sangat ka? Hadoiii ni bukan saja2 nak merungut panas, tapi memang panas betul. Sepanas2 Malaysia tu, I rasa laa kan tak pernah lagi laa dengar orang mati sebab tak cukup air, in fact time kemarau pun tak pernah lagi baca berita berpuluh2 orang mati sebab dehydrate, ka ada dah sekarang ni?! Tapi kat sini dah berpuluh2 orang mati sebab dehydrate, yang masuk hospital toksah cerita laa kan. Ni bukan afrika ka padang pasir ka tanah arab ka yang semua orang dah sedia maklum memang panas dan kekurangan air, sini negara maju yang bermusim, bagi I laa kan, sesuatu yang pelik laa bila dengar orang mati pasal kurang air kat Jepun ni. Ka tak pelik?! Kesimpulannya, memanglah panas, tapi bila kami sebut panas2 tu ianya taklah bermakna kami ni merungut2 tak mensyukuri nikmat tuhan, tau laa neraka tu lagi panas, tak payah habaq laa kan. Acu mai dok sini seminggu, kot kalau nak rasa panas ka suam2 kuku ka hangat2 tahi ayam ka, mai2...

It is hard to believe that anything mbt sandals so inherently ugly as the MBT shoe could ever catch on mbt sandals with either the younger generation or the fitness fanatics but it has. mbt shoes clearance The shoes or I suppose they should be called trainers have thick curved soles and wide straps across the front. Currently MBT shoes the are available in over 20 countries and have sold more than a million pairs a year. Considering that they have a price tag of around $200 it is even mbt shoes best prices more remarkable.
MBT shoes, which stand for Masai mbt shoes sale Barefoot Technology were invented by Karl Muller a Swiss engineer. He footwear etc suffered back and knee problems but on a trip to Korea he noticed shoe for worked that after walking barefoot through paddy fields the symptoms were relieved. With further MBT shoes research he discovered that the Masai tribesmen from Kenya did not suffer back problems mbt shoes cheap and had perfect posture. Putting these two facts together he decided that shoe for worked the answer was because they were walking on soft surfaces mbt walking shoes which yielded as they trod on them. This mbt sandals was unlike in Europe and America where we tend to walk on firm surfaces such as sidewalks.
The first MBT was manufactured in 1996 and soon MBT shoes became popular on continental Europe. Since then many celebrities have mbt shoes clearance been seen sporting MBTs. The concept basically is that the MBT curved sole creates instability as you walk, which MBT shoes mimics the effect of walking barefoot. To counteract this the foot uses muscle to counter this mbt shoes best prices and creates a natural body training effect.
The makers claim that this natural instability mbt shoes review strengthens the muscles, increases muscle activity, calorie mbt sandals burn and blood circulation. They also say that it reduces the shock forces mbt sneakers on joints which help prevent a variety of degenerative muscular and skeletal problems buy mbt shoes including back pain.
